Data controller

What we collect

• Name, delivery address, email and phone number when you place an order.
• Order details: what you bought, the amount and payment method.
• What you write to us when you contact customer care.

Your card details are handled only by our payment partner Stripe. We never see or store them.

Why, and on what legal basis

• Delivering your order (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Bookkeeping (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)). Accounting records are kept for 7 years under Swedish law.
• Customer care and complaints (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who we share data with

• Stripe for payments, including card, Swish and Apple Pay.
• Klarna if you choose to pay with Klarna, as an independent controller.
• PostNord to deliver your parcel.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the website.

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA, based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not use tracking or marketing cookies. Your bag is saved in your browser (localStorage) so it is still there next time, which is necessary for the shop to work. Stripe's checkout page may use necessary cookies to prevent fraud.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. Data we must keep by law cannot be deleted. Email hej@meramou.se.

You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
